Dom Poloniecki, General Manager Sales, Nutanix

Dom joined Nutanix in June 2019 as General Manager for Western Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role he is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Operations and HR within
the region. Nutanix’s mission is to make Infrastructure, Datacenters and Clouds Invisible for our customers, dramatically simplifying the private, public and hybrid Cloud experience and reducing the cost of Cloud adoption – and thanks to its world class technology and support, we have enjoyed 5 consecutive years of an NPS of over 90. Dom joined Nutanix with 17 years of field sales and business leadership experience in Enterprise Technology from IBM. For the last 6 years, he was leading and transforming Software and SaaS businesses in the UK & Ireland. Latterly he held a series of leadership positions, most recently as Vice President of Cloud Software. Dom joined IBM from Morgan Stanley where he worked as an M&A analyst in the Technology Sector, and began his technology career in Financial Services Sales in London.

Paul Smuts – Nutanix Cloud Economist

Paul is part of the EMEA Cloud Economist team where he assists Nutanix prospects and customers with financial / business case modelling to optimize investment decisions & demonstrate the business value of Nutanix software. Prior to joining the Nutanix team, Paul worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland in their Corporate Technology Finance business, in various Sales and Leadership positions. He also worked at IBM Global Financing for a number of years, providing financial solutions to Commercial, Corporate & Enterprise customers in the UK.
