In this session we will be discussing the importance of psychological safety for high performing teams, whilst enhancing fan experience by bringing new application services and features to market without compromise.

A “veteran technology team builder” according to Computing Magazine, Tom is an expert in transforming team performance. Over his 15 years as a technology leader, he has come to believe that culture trumps strategy, and happiness precedes success.
John O’Brien, is a Business Development Executive within SCC’s Southern region. John has been at SCC coming on for 3 years now. Prior to joining SCC John’s background was in the sports development sector, John is always looking for an opportunity to bring sports and technology.
Daniel Cartter is the Head of Innovation at SCC, Europe’s largest privately owned technology provider based in Birmingham and owned by the Rigby Group. He is passionate about bringing technology and innovation together to radically transform the way services are delivered digitally. His recent projects include a Digital Healthcare Innovation strategy with South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust launching the new Digital Hub at Stratford-upon-Avon Hospital which brings together industry, academia, health and care providers, to create an innovation eco-system to deliver better digital care which has already delivered incredibly impactful results.
