COVID-19 has dramatically increased citizen demand for digital services from local governments. At the same time, local leaders are facing revenue shortfalls and seeking ways to do more with less.
This round table will focus on how No-Code software can rapidly digitize a variety of core administrative, licensing, permitting, and regulatory functions as well as stand up new services essential to respond to the pandemic.
Former NYC Deputy Mayor and Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner, Cas Holloway and former Suffolk County Executive, Theresa Ward from Unqork’s Public Enterprise team will review no-code software’s diverse functionality and specific case studies including how NYC and Washington D.C. leveraged it to build and scale emergency programs to manage 16 million food/grocery deliveries to 400k households, direct over $125M of PPE donations to front line workers, and track residential COVID-19 symptoms reporting.
Topics will include Grant/Loan Admin, Case Management, Benefits Administration, Collections, Asset Management, Project Management, Registration, Permitting, Compliance, Violations, Licensing, Econ. Development, Business Formation and more.
